We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, request information about us or our Services, participate in activities on the Services, or contact us.

We do not process sensitive information.
Application data
If you use our mobile application, we may collect the following information if you give us access or permission:

You can manage access and permissions in your device settings.

In short, some information, such as your IP address and device or browser characteristics, is collected automatically when you use our Services.
We automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This may include:
- Log and usage data: service diagnostics, feature usage, time stamps, viewed pages/files, searches, actions, system activity, crash reports, and hardware settings
- Device data: IP address or proxy, device and app identifiers, operating system, browser type, internet provider or mobile carrier, and system configuration
Google API
Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

In short, we process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, prevent fraud, keep systems secure, and comply with law. We may also process information for other purposes with your consent.

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process personal information, we delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not possible (for example, backup archives), we securely store and isolate the data until deletion is possible.

In short, we use organizational and technical security measures to protect personal information.
Although we use reasonable safeguards, no electronic transmission or storage technology is guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security measures.
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In short, we do not knowingly collect, solicit, or market data from children under 18 years of age.
If we discover data from minors under 18, we will deactivate relevant accounts and delete the data as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe we have collected data from a minor under 18, contact us at info@gymadmin.hr.

In short, depending on your region (for example the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), you may have rights that give you greater control over your personal information.

- Rectification of inaccurate personal information

- Restriction of processing

- Objection to certain processing activities
- Protection from certain automated decision-making

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Many browsers and some mobile platforms include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. No uniform technical standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. Therefore, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or similar automatic tracking-choice mechanisms.

Yes. We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will include a revised date.
