This Privacy Notice for Gym Admin j.d.o.o. ("we," "us," or "our") explains how and why we may access, collect, store, use, and share your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:

  • Download and use our mobile application (GymAdmin) or any other application that links to this Privacy Notice
  • Engage with us in other related ways, including sales, marketing, or events

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, request information about us or our Services, participate in activities on the Services, or contact us.

Sensitive information

We do not process sensitive information.

Application data

If you use our mobile application, we may collect the following information if you give us access or permission:

  • Geolocation information: We may request access to location-based information from your device to provide location-based services.
  • Mobile device access: We may request access to features such as your device camera and other device features.
  • Mobile device data: We may automatically collect information such as your device ID, model, manufacturer, operating system, version, browser type, IP address, mobile carrier, and app/device identifiers.
  • Push notifications: We may request permission to send account and feature-related push notifications.

You can manage access and permissions in your device settings.

Information automatically collected

In short, some information, such as your IP address and device or browser characteristics, is collected automatically when you use our Services.

We automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This may include:

  • Log and usage data: service diagnostics, feature usage, time stamps, viewed pages/files, searches, actions, system activity, crash reports, and hardware settings
  • Device data: IP address or proxy, device and app identifiers, operating system, browser type, internet provider or mobile carrier, and system configuration

Google API

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In short, we process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, prevent fraud, keep systems secure, and comply with law. We may also process information for other purposes with your consent.

We may process personal information to:

  • Facilitate account creation, login, authentication, and account management
  • Deliver and facilitate delivery of requested services
  • Send administrative information about products, services, terms, and policies

In short, we keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process personal information, we delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not possible (for example, backup archives), we securely store and isolate the data until deletion is possible.

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In short, we use organizational and technical security measures to protect personal information.

Although we use reasonable safeguards, no electronic transmission or storage technology is guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security measures.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In short, we do not knowingly collect, solicit, or market data from children under 18 years of age.

If we discover data from minors under 18, we will deactivate relevant accounts and delete the data as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe we have collected data from a minor under 18, contact us at info@gymadmin.hr.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In short, depending on your region (for example the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), you may have rights that give you greater control over your personal information.

Depending on applicable law, rights may include:

  • Access to and copy of personal information
  • Rectification of inaccurate personal information
  • Erasure of personal information
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability
  • Objection to certain processing activities
  • Protection from certain automated decision-making

If we rely on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing based on legal grounds other than consent.

Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking unsubscribe links in emails or contacting us directly. We may still send service-related communications when necessary.

Account information

To review or update account information, log in to your account settings. To request account termination, contact us and we will deactivate or delete the account where applicable, subject to legal and operational retention needs.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Many browsers and some mobile platforms include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. No uniform technical standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. Therefore, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or similar automatic tracking-choice mechanisms.

10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

Yes. We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will include a revised date.
